About Us

Our Mission is to support their clients by providing professional wisdom, trustworthy advice and superior client service. Our clients rely on us to help them work through obstacles preventing them from achieving their business and lifestyle goals. Our best clients own commercial and investment property either as investments or for their businesses, or are business owners seeking to relocate their operations. We currently service the Chicago metropolitan area.

Our Vision is to create a boutique real estate investment, brokerage and advisory firm, populated by high quality individuals with various levels of experience in and around commercial real estate, with the goal of providing the InSite difference, a standard of superior client service (see below).

The following Statement of Business Principles form the basis for executing our mission statement and ensuring our clients’ success. Brokers, management and staff work as a team and follow these standards to build a culture of collaboration and trust. We intend to accomplish our Mission every day:

  1. PROFESSIONALISM: We intend to bring an ethical and professional approach to all of our business dealings and conversations. Additionally, continual training and improvement keeps us informed and at the peak of awareness for understanding and meeting our clients’ individual needs. Your Broker/Advisor and all InSite employees are pledged to operating in a professional and reliable manner.
  2. INTEGRITY: Simply put, honesty in all business dealings is the best way to attract and nurture business relationships over the long term.  It is also the best way to create a healthy, productive and collaborative environment within the company. Finally, it just makes good business sense. Everyone here knows that prompt and reliable responses to our clients’ inquiries are the rule.
  3. SERVICE: Our goal is to create an efficient and effective platform that allows our Broker/Advisors to provide you with a superior service experience.

When you engage us:

  1. We will assess your needs and make sure we understand your goals by asking questions, listening to your answers and assembling data for analysis
  2. We will analyze the data, determine options that address your goals and provide you with alternative solutions
  3. We will help you select the optimal financial and/or operational strategies that address your needs. We will commit to a course of action and report our progress to you on a periodic basis.
  4. We will execute the agreed-upon strategy and, if needed, advise you on adjustments along the way
  5. Once agreement is reached on a proposal, we will manage the project to help ensure a successful and timely result

THE INSITE DIFFERENCE

With a background in banking, project finance, entrepreneurship and commercial property brokerage, Ross Goldstein started InSite Commercial Realty with the vision of creating a boutique investment real estate advisory firm populated by professionals with various backgrounds related to the commercial real estate industry. This vision is being actively pursued with the addition of Marks Attwood and Andrew Prunty to our team. Both Marks and Andrew bring a wealth of experience working with developers on their construction lending needs. With our diverse experience and personal resources, we intend to bring a higher level of expertise, analysis and service to our clients.

  1. Our people. This is where it all starts. Simply put, we differentiate ourselves from others by adhering to our high standards of professionalism, integrity and service.
  1. The InSite difference is the difference between good brokers and great brokers.  Good brokers will maximize your property’s value at the closing table. There are a lot of good brokers in our industry. However, a great broker will show you ways to maximize your property’s value even before you think of putting it on the market. You want a great broker on your team.

Good brokers will find a buyer, create a Contract or Letter of Intent that protects you and meets your needs and show up at the closing. There are a lot of good brokers out there. A great broker does the same, but realizes their fiduciary obligation to represent you is not over when a contract or LOI is signed. Instead, a great broker will help you navigate the nuances and intricacies of a commercial transaction while in progress. In a sense, a great broker becomes your project manager, and helps ensure that transaction benchmarks are monitored and that potential problems are either avoided or addressed. In this way, a great broker saves you time and money. You want a great broker on your team.

Good brokers will provide you with market data gained from reliable sources. On the other hand, great brokers will keep your best interests in mind by giving you a Decision Advantage: understanding your goals and presenting the information you need to know to make a decision, rather than simply supplying you with data points.

Knowing the difference between a good broker and a great broker can not only save you considerable time and money, great brokers help you exploit opportunities as they arise. We choose to be great brokers.
