The Insite Difference

With a background in banking, project finance, entrepreneurship and commercial property brokerage, Ross Goldstein started InSite Commercial Realty with the vision of creating a boutique investment real estate advisory firm populated by professionals with various backgrounds related to the commercial real estate industry. This vision is being actively pursued with the addition of Marks Attwood and Andrew Prunty to our team. Both Marks and Andrew bring a wealth of experience working with developers on their construction lending needs. With our diverse experience and personal resources, we intend to bring a higher level of expertise, analysis and service to our clients.

The difference between a good broker and a great broker.

Good brokers will take an order and, hopefully, maximize your property’s value at the closing table. Great brokers make markets and suggest ways to maximize your property’s value even before you think of putting it on the market.

Good brokers will find a buyer, fill out a Contract or Letter of Intent form and show up at the closing. Great brokers realize their fiduciary obligation to you is not over when a contract or LOI is signed. Instead, they help you navigate the nuances and intricacies of a commercial transaction while it is in progress. A great broker takes responsibility for a transaction, identifying key benchmarks in the process and ensuring those benchmarks are met. By monitoring for potential issues and staying involved in the transaction from contract to closing, a great broker saves you time and money.

Good brokers will provide you with market data gained from reliable sources. Great brokers provide you with a Decision Advantage, not just data points. They take the time to understand your goals and the circumstances you are operating under, and then present the information you need to know to make a decision.

Good brokers have access to public databases and real estate experience. Great brokers have significant experience with commercial and investment transactions. Whether you are a buyer, seller, landlord or tenant, great commercial and investment real estate brokers can provide you with results that are superior to brokers who do not specialize in commercial transactions.

Knowing the difference between a good broker and a great broker can save you considerable time and money, and help you exploit opportunities as they arise.
