We produced a qualified tenant for 40% of the available space, secured a 5-year lease with a purchase option, and they ultimately became the Buyer. Creating opportunities for our private clients to dispose of illiquid assets and prepare for a more comfortable retirement is very satisfying for us and our clients”.
