For some time in each of their professional journeys, both my mother and father worked as public-school teachers. In fact, my mother taught at the Quitman Street Elementary School in Newark, NJ for over thirty years. As a child, many of my summer days were spent helping her prep her first-grade classroom for the upcoming school year. Naturally, her professional relationships often developed into friendships, and I frequently found myself in the company of many other teachers. Their warmth, encouragement, kindness, and thoughtfulness were consistent towards one another as well as complete strangers. Simply put, it was evident that they cared about people.

This community planted a seed for me to appreciate not only the content I was being taught in my own education but to develop a newfound respect for the people doing the teaching. As an adult, I began my own professional journey as an educator with Newark Public Schools, in the same district where my mother once taught and where I had once been a student. My career choices eventually led me away from education and I decided to move on to work in other sectors. Still, the lessons and values that I learned as an educator have deeply influenced my professional and personal life. I learned to care about people sincerely, and to prioritize the interests of others before my own. I learned the importance of preparation and clear communication. I learned to value collaboration and building relationships.

My approach to representing owners of commercial real estate is much like my approach was as an educator. As a Broker, my goal is to provide clients with the necessary information to make an informed decision. I achieve this by helping them to understand commercial real estate concepts and guiding them through the sales and marketing process with care, foresight and integrity. Living in Chicago for over three years, I have a unique perspective of the city and the opportunities herein. I am fortunate to be part of the InSite team which is comprised of experts from diverse backgrounds. Their broad knowledge and experience in the industry are incredible resources and give me greater confidence in helping each client achieve their specific interest.
